The Ground Services Trainer will see you be responsible for coordinating all ground services training activities including identifying coordinating and delivering training to ensure our business is compliant with regulatory requirements. This role will suit someone who enjoys facilitating both classroom training and hands on training to front line colleagues within an operational environment.
You will have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Previous training experience within an operational environment considered highly advantageous
- Previous exposure to ground service environment considered advantageous
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to coordinate a diverse range of activities
- Report writing skills
- Systems management experience or training
- Dangerous Goods Awareness
