Pay: $21$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Support the Lead Preschool Teacher with daily classroom routines activities and supervision.
- Help implement The Learning Experiences age-appropriate curriculum focusing on early literacy math social-emotional learning and hands-on exploration.
- Maintain a safe clean and engaging environment for children ages 34.
- Assist with meals playtime circle time classroom transitions and toileting as needed.
- Build positive relationships with children families and team members.
- Communicate with families in a friendly professional manner to support strong partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC childcare licensing requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting preferred.
- Coursework or interest in Early Childhood Education (ECE) a plus.
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable team-oriented and passionate about working with preschool-age children.
