As a LPN in Long-Term Care youll be responsible for assessing residents conditions administering medications performing routine treatments and monitoring wound care nutrition hydration and safety needs. Youll participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team document accurately in electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal requirements. Your role will also include skilled maneuvers such as catheter care ostomy management and rehabilitation support in partnership with PT/OT teams.
