Responsibilities
Design personalized treatment plans focused on communication cognition & swallowing
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that truly values your clinical voice
Track progress document outcomes and help older adults live fuller more connected lives
Be part of a warm resident-centered culture where your presence makes an impact
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Its great to have had acute care long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
