Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Electro/ Mechanical
- 25 years of experience in experience in Procurement of Electro/ Mechanical
- Proficient in English Language
Responsibilities
- Sourcing the material as per requirement from right source
- Sourcing the new vendors
- Negotiating prices & delivery with Vendors
- Preparing comparison sheets and uploading the same in folder
- Involved in all type of Electro/Mechanical material (Long Lead items) sourcing for the bidding projects.
- Involved in all type of Electro/Mechanical material (Long Lead items) sourcing for the in hand projects.
- Keeping the record of vendors limitations (if any).
- Helping ZEECO HQ and other reginal offices to secure the right offers from right vendors/suppliers.
- In case of new vendor preparing the PQ documents and arranging the physical audit through VM or Third party agency.
- Having good experience in ARAMCO SABIC EPC projects.
- Having good knowledge of Aramco SAMSS/ SAES & IR forms
- Having good knowledge of Aramco RVL ETC. Also have knowledge about SVL preparation.
