Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Management Specialist to support advanced network and communication operations for highimpact projects in critical mission environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of handson experience with Cisco networking technologies including routing switching voice and unified communications and must hold professional certifications such as CCNA CCNP and CCIE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute complex network operations and management tasks across enterprise environments.
- Manage and configure Cisco routing and switching infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient data transmission.
- Oversee voice and unified communication systems using Cisco UCCX and related platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues outages and configuration problems.
- Conduct capacity planning performance tuning and optimization of network infrastructure.
- Ensure network security redundancy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure security and application teams to support system integration and upgrades.
- Maintain network documentation configuration baselines and operational runbooks.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 6 years of practical experience in managing Cisco Networking in critical mission environments.
- Professional certifications in the following are mandatory:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- CCNP (Switching and/or Voice)
- CCIE (Routing and/or Voice)
- Experience working with Cisco UCCX VoIP systems and unified communication solutions.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and performance tools.
- Experience in working under pressure in secure and highavailability environments.
- Knowledge of network automation tools is an advantage.
