Role overview

Our Operations and Customer Experience teams are the backbone of HIVEDs delivery network.

Depending on the role and location opportunities may sit within the following teams:

  • Customer Support

  • Operations

  • Network

  • Depot

  • Transport & Fleet

These roles play a critical part in ensuring exceptional service operational excellence and a smooth end-to-end delivery experience for both customers and retail partners.


What you might be involved in

Depending on the role responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting customers and partners with a high standard of service and problem-solving

  • Coordinating daily operations routes or depot activity

  • Working closely with drivers transport and operations teams

  • Monitoring deliveries resolving issues and escalating where needed

  • Ensuring safety quality and compliance standards are met

  • Contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment

Previous experience in logistics operations customer support retail transport or coordination is beneficial but not always required.
