Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse
Rate:: $27.00-$32.13/hour Plus Sign-On-Bonus up to $3000 Plus Additional Shift Differential for 3p-11p and 11p-7a!!!

Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care: Provide compassionate high-quality nursing care tailored to residents needs.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
- Collaboration: Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active and valid LPN license
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
