Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active and valid LPN license
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
