SERVPRO Team Fosdick is the premier restoration and reconstruction company in Northeast Ohio. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland Akron Mansfield and Toledo areas. Due to our recent reconstruction growth we are seeking a highly motivated detailed-oriented and organized Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager is a key member of the Reconstruction team who is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction addition the Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers clients subcontractors resource providers and company employees involved in reconstruction services.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Project Initiation - Responsible for the evaluation and selling of projects for both residential and commercial clients.

2. Project Planning - Identify and document the project scope of work reviewing of estimates communication with clients and review of budgets
3. Project Execution - create project schedule and timelines identification and qualification of subcontractors negotiation of term and project review
4. Management of Staff - performance reviews training and mentoring and leading of team meetings

5. Customer Satisfaction - provided world class customer service through regular communication and follow through. Includes the
management of all warranty activities

Requirements:

Understanding of the construction industry and processes a plus
Xactimate and general insurance industry experience preferred
Microsoft Applications including Excel and Word
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
