Job Description:

Job Role - Sales Engineer

Reports - Manager Cleaning Solutions

Education Chemical engineering (Diploma/BE)

Preferably from API Pharma Industry having minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing or from service field same from API industry.

Skill Set/Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills

Excellent telephonic communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Good Engineering basics

Understanding of mechanical engineering drawings and process diagram

Understanding of sales & service process

Proficient in using computer for all the day to day work.

Function:

Performing Derouging/Cleaning activities on site

Responsibilities Deliverables:

Sales and business development: Generate new leads build and maintain client relationships achieve sales targets and develop and execute sales strategies.

Technical support: Provide technical expertise to clients answer questions explain complex information clearly and troubleshoot product and equipment issues.

Sales activities: Conduct product demonstrations create and deliver technical presentations and prepare and deliver proposals and quotations.

Market and product knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product developments to identify new opportunities and provide market feedback.

Collaboration: Work with other departments like R&D production and logistics to ensure successful order shipment and customer satisfaction.

Administrative tasks: Manage sales reports maintain accurate sales records and follow up on orders and payments.

Key Performance Indicators developing sales strategies identifying new clients providing technical support creating and delivering sales presentations preparing proposals and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

1. Working Days:Mumbai: 2nd & 4th Saturday off &Ahmedabad: 6 working days

2. Gender Preference: Male

3. Working Hours:Mumbai: 9:00 AM to 5:50 PM &Ahmedabad: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

4. Location: Mumbai or Ahmedabad (Santej) (either location)

5. Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

6. Interview Process:1st Round: Virtual &2nd Round: Face-to-face

Note: Travel allowance will not be provided for travel within Mumbai or Ahmedabad. Candidates traveling outside these locations will be eligible for travel allowance candidate should be flexible to travel Pan India
