We are looking for an Assistant Housing Officer for a 6 month FTC who will be responsible for coordinating and delivering activities to support the Housing and Community Safety teams in delivering outstanding customer service. Facilitating housing tenancy and estate management services; promptly addressing customer concerns; and enhancing service efficiency through performance evaluation and data analysis.
What youll be doing
- Coordinate and deliver tasks to support the Housing and Community Safety teams in offering an outstanding service to customers fostering communities that people are proud to live in.
- Support the teams delivery of housing tenancy and estate management services including making tenancy changes providing first contact advice and responding to customer and stakeholder queries.
- Manage service delivery and assist customers by quickly addressing incoming inquiries related to housing management such as issues with anti-social behaviour tenancy agreement concerns or customer vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate essential housing management tasks including but not limited to:
- The co-ordination of mutual exchange applications
- The handling of tenancy agreement changes such as successions and assignments.
- Develop a thorough grasp of housing management principles and best practice to deliver expert guidance for promptly addressing housing management problems.

Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: We expect this role to be based on site at our office about 4 days a week.
