Compensation: $21.92/hour (Plus $0.50/hour for Spanish Bilingual ability)
Hours: 20 hours/week part-time

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This position provides programmatic and community support in an assigned satellite community office of NeighborImpact. The primary function of this position is to interact with a diverse client base to explain NeighborImpact Programs and services that are available with strong ability to link community needs with resources. This position will distribute and collect program applications and supporting documentation. This position will develop a working understanding of several program requirements to effectively triage and filter potential program participants.
Required:
High School diploma/GED required
Two years of relevant work history required including providing information and referrals
Demonstrated ability in a leadership role
Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds frequent sitting while working at computer and standing to operate a variety of office equipment required
Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:
o Valid drivers license
o Proof of current auto insurance
o Access to reliable transportation required
o Satisfactory criminal background check required
Preferred:
Associates Degree preferred
Residents of La Pine strongly preferred
