JOB GOALS/職務の目的

プロジェクトデザインチームのデザイナーとしてチーム内で協力しコンセプトメイキングから設計監理までの業務遂行PMと連携してプロジェクトを完了させる

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES/ 主要業務と職責

• デザインプロジェクトの完遂

  • プロジェクトのデザインコンセプトスペースプランニングレイアウト詳細な図面の構築

  • クライアントや利害関係者と密接に連携しプロジェクトのゴールと目的を確立しこれらをデザインソリューションに落とし込む

  • 必要に応じた社内の海外デザインチームAPAC Regional Creative Studioとの連動

育成

• 新製品材料デザイントレンドに関するリサーチをチーム内で推進

• Regional Creative Studioと連携しグローバルに展開しているクリエイティブソフトウェアのスキルの向上を目指す

• 自らが会得した業務に関するデザインプロジェクトのマネジメントスキルを同僚および部下と共有する

ビジネスデベロップメント

• 業務提供を通じ同一顧客から派生的業務を獲得
• One JLLの一端を担うPR活動の実施並びに社内外での積極的な部門の認知向上の活動をチーム一体となって行う

IMPORTANT COMPETENCIES/重要なコンピテンシー

• インテリアのデザインのスキルを有する

• オフィス内装もしくはホテル客室店舗等の空間構築能力を有する

• クライアントの立場で物事が考えられる

• クライアントのビジネスを理解しデザインコンセプトとの整合性をチーム内で図りつつ設計提案としてまとめ上げることに従事できる

• オフィス内装もしくはホテル客室店舗における基本的な設計与件法規条件を理解することができる

• プロジェクト完結への強い責任感

• 小中規模のプロジェクトを上司の指導下で業務遂行できる

Related experience knowledge skill qualifications etc./求められる経験知識能力資格等

Required 必須要件

• 建築もしくはインテリアの設計監理に関する業務経験５年以上

• インテリアデザイナーとしての国内実務経験3年以上

• 300坪以上の建築内装の設計監理経験あり

• ３名以上の設計チームでの経験値

• Adobe Creative SuiteSketchUpが使える

• CADMS Officeを業務に支障なく扱える

Preferred あれば尚可

• 英語でのサービス提供TOIEC700点以上

• Revitの業務での使用経験

• 一級建築士インテリアプランナー

• LEED AP資格
