Toyota Service Manager

Pay Range: $90000$150000 per year (based on experience)
Graff Toyota of Chesterton is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and drive customer satisfaction technician performance and operational excellence.
This role is open to Toyota and non-Toyota dealership candidates with strong fixed-operations leadership experience. The Service Manager reports directly to the General Manager and plays a critical role in the stores overall success.
What Youll Do
Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department
Coach train and develop service advisors technicians and support staff
Drive customer satisfaction retention and repeat service business
Manage service drive flow scheduling and shop productivity
Monitor and improve effective labor rate hours per RO and technician efficiency
Oversee warranty recall and internal repair processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs policies and reporting requirements
Work closely with the General Manager and dealership leadership to achieve department goals
What Were Looking For
3 years of experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
Toyota experience is a plus but not required
Strong understanding of dealership fixed-operations KPIs and financial performance
Proven ability to lead teams improve culture and drive results
Experience with dealership DMS and CRM systems
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and process
