Were looking for a reliable energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume casino this role youll ensure our bar areas stay clean organized and fully stocked so our bartenders can focus on crafting great drinks and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
From restocking ice and garnishes to assisting with bar setup and breakdown youll play a key part in maintaining smooth operations. Youll also help with inventory uphold health and safety standards and occasionally assist with basic drink prep under supervision. Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all bar areas including counters floors sinks and glassware
Restock supplies such as ice garnishes napkins and glassware throughout service
Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of bar stations
Remove trash and recyclables regularly and safely
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
Receive organize and store bar deliveries and inventory
Occasionally assist with basic drink preparation under supervision
Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment
Check expiration dates and rotate products as needed
Set up and maintain sanitizing buckets at each station
Assist with deep cleaning and maintain all equipment coolers and storage areas
Support bartenders during peak periods with prep and restocking
Follow outlet policies and procedures for operational flow in each bar area
Report any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly
Provide exceptional internal customer service to bartenders and team members
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality food service or bar support preferred but not required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Willingness to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
Proficient in English verbal and written
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Ability to frequently push or pull up to 75 pounds
Ability to stand and maneuver in confined areas for extended periods
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift
Ability to work in varying temperature environments (hot and cold)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume casino environment
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
