Job Summary
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner and thank them upon departure.
Determine the number in a party accurately post transaction on cash register and make appropriate change.
Seat as quickly as possible. If there is a waiting period ensure guest always has maximum comfort.
Properly rotate server stations when seating guests (requires knowledge of server abilities).
Assist service staff in making certain tables are cleared and cleaned after each use and are set properly. Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris.
Fill condiments as needed.
Answer telephones using proper phone etiquette as described in CET standards
Count out cash drawer at end of shift.
