Nurse Manager - Urology/GYN Surgical Inpatient Unit (4B) and Long-Term Stay - 6 Medical/Surgical Unit

Lead with excellence as a Nurse Manager with ChristianaCare! Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in an ANCC Magnet designated health system ChristianaCare is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our Urology/GYN Surgical Inpatient Unit and our Medical/Surgical Long-Term Stay Unit.

What Youll Do

As Nurse Manager youll have 24/7 accountability for clinical and operational excellence. Your leadership will:

Foster a culture of autonomy empowerment and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and champion quality improvement.
Oversee staffing scheduling and budget management for optimal patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What Were Looking For

Education: BSN and Masters degree (MSN or related field).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
Certification: Specialty certification required; Nurse Executive preferred.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Current RN licensure in Delaware and BLS certification.

Annual Compensation Range $121180.80 - $193897.60

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills relevant experience and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
