Live-In Caregiver, CNA, PCA

Senior Helpers of Warrenton is urgently seeking dependable Live-In Caregivers CNAs PCAs and HHAs to serve clients in Warrenton Culpeper and surrounding areas.

In this role caregivers reside in the clients home for several consecutive days followed by scheduled days off. The client care will be provided throughout the day. The caregiver will get over 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep everyday. The Caregivers will be provided with a private bedroom and remain in the home.

The Live-In Caregiver provides assistance on and off throughout each day supporting clients with memory care activities of daily living (ADLs) light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed. Care is delivered according to the clients care plan with rest periods built into the day. Scheduled breaks away from the home may be provided each week depending on the assignment.

Pay rate: 250 - 400 per day

Position:Part-time and Full-time

Shift: Morning Evening Overnight and Weekends

Job Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
  • Bathing grooming and personal hygiene
  • Dressing and mobility assistance
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up

Qualifications:

• Caring and Compassionateyou enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to assist clients best
• Experience in healthcare home care assisted living independent living home health medical assistance or nursing assistance is a plus!
