Job Summary
As a Parts Department Advisor at Chevrolet Of Troy you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the right parts and exceptional service. You will work closely with service technicians and customers to identify parts needs manage inventory and facilitate efficient parts ordering and delivery within our Troy OH location.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or inventory management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.
