Job Summary
The Executive supports NTUs education transformation efforts by providing operational analytical and coordination support for Edtech initiatives. The role contributes to the evaluation optimization and delivery of digital learning solutions to enhance teaching learning and learner experience across the University.
Key Responsibilities
Support Edtech impact analysis and reporting including data collection basic analysis and preparation of reports.
Assist in Technology Performance Optimization (TPO) operations and Teaching & Pedagogy Index (TPI) data preparation and reporting.
Provide project and delivery support for Edtech initiatives including documentation coordination and usability testing.
Coordinate with faculty administrators and internal teams to support Edtech projects and services.
Support data management activities including data cleaning consolidation and responding to routine data requests.
Assist in documenting use cases and user requirements to support prioritization and alignment with NTU education objectives.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Analytics AI Technology Communications or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis project support digital services or education-related environments.
Basic data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and standard analytics tools.
Good organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment.
Demonstrated interest in education technologies and user-centred design is an advantage
