Role Overview

As a Construction Estimator youll inspect jobs create accurate estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility) and build strong relationships with customers property managers and insurance adjusters. Youll be a proactive leader driving projects from inspection through approval and production always embodying our core principles.

Responsibilities

Estimate commercial and residential reconstruction projects using Xactimate and Symbility.

Perform inspections sketches and photographs for all types of restoration work.

Negotiate restoration services and insurance claim settlements with adjusters.

Sell and obtain approvals for projects moving them efficiently to production.

Establish budgets process change orders and review files for accuracy.

Qualifications

Estimating and construction experience specific to restoration required.

Proficiency in Xactimate required; Symbility experience desired.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving initiative and goal orientation.

Valid drivers license; ability to work an on-call rotation when needed.
