You will provide direct first-assist support in the operating room helping with exposure tissue handling retraction hemostasis and meticulous wound closure under the surgeons direction. Youll maintain impeccable sterile technique ensure instrument readiness and participate in preoperative briefings patient positioning and intraoperative communication to optimize patient safety.
