Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerkto join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

• Days: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments.

• Prepare and package outgoing orders for delivery.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems.

• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

• Assist with warehouse organization and stock management.

• Build wooden crates for skids and packaging as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with SAPsystems.

• Experience with shipping systems such as FedEx Ship Manager.

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation

• Starting at $18.50 per hour plus depending on experience.
