You will lead a high-performing engineering team building cloud-native solutions that transform complex global shipping and commodity data into actionable insights. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on full-stack development requiring you to bridge the gap between product requirements and scalable architecture using state-of-the-art AI-powered technologies.

Location: London UK or Athens Greece

What you will do:

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into detailed technical design documentation and delivery roadmaps.

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team overseeing delivery planning through Scrum-based methodologies and CI/CD standards.

• Lead technical discovery and delivery while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality SOLID architecture principles.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses over 5 years of full-stack experience with deep expertise in C#/.NET Core and the React ecosystem (TypeScript/MobX).

• Holds a strong background in relational and non-relational databases microservices architecture and cloud configuration (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Demonstrates proven leadership skills in coaching engineers and managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
