Key Requirements

• Must have proven experience in window and door installation

• Own truck and tools

• Valid drivers license and auto insurance required

• Excellent customer service skills

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Experience in re-glazing - a plus!

About This Role

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A customer service

• Travel to our customers homes to install new products or repair existing products

• Take preventative measures escalate any customer issues to the Service Department

• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed

• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers

• Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance

• Bending squatting walking standing sitting reaching working with your hands and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods of time
