Job Overview
We are hiring a UI/UX Designer for a fulltime onsite position in DHA Phase 1 Lahore. The ideal candidate will have handson experience designing web applications eCommerce platforms and mobile applications with strong expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of usercentered design principles.
This role is ideal for designers looking for longterm growth structured working hours and collaboration within a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for web eCommerce and mobile applications
- Translate business and product requirements into user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs
- Create and maintain design systems UI components and style guides
- Conduct UX research usability testing and design improvements based on data and feedback
- Collaborate closely with developers product managers and stakeholders
- Ensure design consistency accessibility and responsiveness across all platforms
- Review and iterate designs based on user insights and stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to design best practices and support junior designers when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Design or a related field
- 13 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in:
- Web applications
- eCommerce platforms
- Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Experience with tools such as Adobe XD Sketch or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles interaction design and usability standards
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility guidelines
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams
Preferred / NicetoHave Skills
- Experience designing SaaS or scalable digital products
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
- Experience with motion design microinteractions or advanced prototyping
- Familiarity with eCommerce workflows (checkout product discovery conversion optimization)
