Position Purpose
Holy Cross Health is seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Nurse Dialysisto join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Director of Dialysis this role provides dialytic therapy to patients with acute renal failure or end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The RN will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support outpatient hemodialysis services and deliver patient-centered care.
What You Will Do
- Provide dialysis care to patients with conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) kidney trauma and chronic heart disease.
- Collaborate with nephrologists dietitians and social workers to support comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families about kidney disease medications and dietary needs.
- Perform pre- and post-treatment physical assessments and document findings.
- Monitor lab results and adjust dialysis medications per physician orders.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for patient assessment and care planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred).
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse license from the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Additional life support training as applicable to dialysis unit requirements.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of current dialysis experience required.

Pay rate: $38.92 - $55.68
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
