What youll do...
What youll do:- Lead the end-to-end renewal process for Scintilla Charter subscribers developing tailored retention strategies for each account.
- Proactively engage with subscribers 612 months prior to contract expiration to assess satisfaction identify evolving needs and communicate value delivered.
- Structure negotiate and close renewal agreements ensuring terms align with business objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with Account Management the Solutions Consulting team and Research Leads along with Product and Legal teams to resolve issues and align renewal offerings.
- Analyze subscriber usage data feedback and market trends to inform renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain renewal forecasts pipeline metrics and reporting to inform leadership and support business planning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Scintilla Charter offerings and advocate for subscriber needs internally.
- Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities in CRM (Salesforce) and contract management systems.
What youll bring:
- (preferred) Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Analytics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in account management renewals business development or related client-facing rolespreferably in SaaS data analytics or enterprise B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and renewal management for complex high-value accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with usage and performance data.
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and navigate cross-functional environments.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and contract management platforms.

Bentonville Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00
Chicago Illinois US-10276: The annual salary range for this position is $99000.00 - $198000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
