Job Summary

Marsden South is looking to hire an experienced EveningTeamLead to oversee and lead his/her team consisting of cleanersand other janitorial personnel. The supervisors responsibilities include monitoring staff attendance reporting absences and coaching their workforce.

They will also perform general janitorial duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Providing training and guidance to his/her staff.

*Monitor Attendance

*Monitor and coach cleaners when needed

*Perform General Cleaner duties

*Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

Capable of defuse issues professionally
Able to utilize a computer
Previous lead experience required in a production environment or in a janitorial capacity

Physical Demands:
Stand bend and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Stand and walk throughout an 8-10 hour shift
Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting.
