Associate (w/m/d) im Bereich Antitrust & Competition
Was erwartet Sie
- Spannende Mandate: Sie beraten nationale und internationale Unternehmen zu komplexen kartellrechtlichen Fragestellungen von Fusions- und Investitionskontrolle über Kartell- und Kartellschadensersatzverfahren bis hin zu kartellrechtlichen Compliance-Themen (z.B. Beratung zu Kooperationen und Gemeinschaftsunternehmen zwischen Wettbewerbern)
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Als Teil unseres globalen Netzwerks arbeiten Sie eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus verschiedenen Jurisdiktionen zusammen und begleiten grenzüberschreitende Projekte
- Direkter Mandantenkontakt: Sie übernehmen früh Verantwortung stehen im engen Austausch mit unseren Mandanten und gestalten praxisnahe Lösungen
- Innovatives Arbeitsumfeld: Sie nutzen modernste Technologien und Legal Tech um effiziente und zukunftsorientierte Beratung zu gewährleisten

Was uns überzeugt
- Ein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Examina sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Wünschenswert: LL.M. oder Promotion
- (Erste) Praxiserfahrung im Kartellrecht idealerweise in einer international tätigen Kanzlei
- Unternehmerisches Denken und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Kommunikationsstärke Empathie und professionelles Auftreten auch im internationalen Umfeld

Dr. Tim Schaper Dr. Jens Steger und das Team beraten nationale und internationale Mandanten dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Beratung zu Fusions- Investitions- und Drittstaatensubventionskontrolle sowie zu kartellbehördlichen Untersuchungen Kartellschadensersatzverfahren und kartellrechtlichen Compliance-Fragen (z.B. in Bezug auf Wettbewerberkooperationen und Gemeinschaftsunternehmen).
