Job Summary
This position is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality spa treatments to guests ensuring their comfort relaxation and satisfaction. This role involves providing personalized services maintaining treatment standards and contributing to the overall luxury spa experience.
- Perform various spa treatments including massages facials body scrubs and wraps.
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products services and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered.
- Adhere to all health safety and hygiene standards.
- Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy Aesthetics or a related field.
- Certification in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy reflexology hydrotherapy or Turkish spa specialties.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
