Job Summary
Responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with activities of daily living provides personal care comfort and support. Maintains a safe and clean environment for all residents.

Requirement description :
- 2 Years of LTC CNA Experience - REQUIRED
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction)
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the speciality (Long Term Care) - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active Illinois/IL CNA License - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
