Unit Information: TRAUMA/ORTHO/MED-SURG Location: RAPIDES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Address:211 4th St. Alexandria LA 71360 Floor: 7A Building: Main Tower General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 36 Number of Staff 49 Type of staff: for 36 patients o Day Shift 1 Charge 3 RNs 3 LPN 3 PCTs and 1 secretary o Night Shift 1 Charge 3 RNs 3 LPNs 3 PCTs Patient Ratios Nurse/Patient 6:1 Type of equipment IV pumps Wound Vacs SCD pumps Kangaroo Pumps Chest Tubes Telemetry PCA pumps Bipaps Epidurals EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Med-Surg Experience Be a Team Player Critical Thinking Skills Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
