Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Generative AI

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI and enterprise-scale architectures. This role blends architectural leadership with deep engineering execution to design build and productionize RAG systems AI copilots and agentic workflows within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and evolve enterprise Generative AI reference architectures (RAG LLM orchestration vector search).
Build and deploy production-ready GenAI solutions including prompts retrievers embeddings and inference APIs.
Develop scalable AI/ML pipelines and microservices using cloud-native tools (Azure/AWS).
Implement agent frameworks and workflow orchestration for business use cases.
Collaborate with Data Engineering MLOps Risk and Compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant deployments.
Lead architecture reviews and enforce Responsible AI and governance standards.
Drive build vs buy decisions and contribute reusable components and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

12 years in technology architecture/engineering
3 years of hands-on AI / Generative AI experience
Strong experience with LLMs RAG pipelines and copilots
Expertise in Azure OpenAI OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain
Strong coding skills in Python TypeScript and Java
Experience with Azure & AWS CI/CD IaC (Terraform/Bicep)
Knowledge of vector databases and search (Azure AI Search Pinecone)
Strong understanding of security compliance and enterprise governance

Nice to Have

Financial services domain experience
Experience with agentic AI solutions and observability
Strong mentoring and cross-functional leadership skills
