Job Summary

Job Title : IT Project Manager (PMP MS /Oracle Agile/SCRUM NYS PM Guidebook Accessibility Compliance)

Location: Albany NY (ONSITE)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing complex multi-year IT projects involving multiple workstreams or verticals while coordinating internal and external stakeholders and leading diverse project teams.
Demonstrated experience communicating project status risks and milestones to IT leadership including briefing Project Steering Committees and Agency Executive Staff.
Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project to support business analysis and requirements gathering process improvement initiatives development and maintenance of project schedules and creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Experience working as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience managing web application development projects that comply with accessibility laws and regulations and support responsive design across multiple platforms and screen sizes (desktop tablet and mobile) using a single code base.
Experience implementing the phases of the NYS Project Management Guidebook or a comparable comprehensive methodology aligned with the Project Management Lifecycle and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
Experience implementing and managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
Experience delivering projects within Microsoft (.NET / MS SQL) and/or Oracle (PL/SQL) application development environments.
Bachelors degree in an Information Technology related field from an accredited institution.
