Job Summary
Required Skills & Certifications (Mandatory)
- Aruba Wireless expertise
- Aruba ACMA / ACMP Required
- Aruba ClearPass ACCX Required
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise wireless LAN operations
- Experience supporting large-scale wireless networks
- Expertise in wireless troubleshooting performance optimization and monitoring
- Hands-on with Aruba controllers access points and ClearPass Policy Manager
- Experience with authentication authorization and access control (NAC)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate monitor and support enterprise wireless infrastructure
- Troubleshoot wireless connectivity performance and security issues
- Manage and maintain Aruba wireless controllers and ClearPass
- Support network incidents root cause analysis and problem management
- Collaborate with network security and operations teams
- Participate in change management and maintenance activities
- Ensure high availability and performance of wireless services
Nice to Have
- Experience in network operations / NOC environments
- Exposure to hybrid onsite/offshore team models
