Job Summary
A person who chooses teaching as a career assumes the obligation to conduct himself / herself always in accordance with the highest standards of the teaching profession aiming at quality and excellence in his / her work. A Teacher with his / her example should command the respect of the pupils parents & colleagues.
Teachers will work in collaboration with the HODs Principal and academic team to provide pedagogical and Academic leadership based on the beliefs and set standards of the self leaning by covering the CBSE Curriculum within the context of the mission and values of the Nalanda Vidyaniketan.
Responsible for fulfilling the vision of the school promoting overall campus Academic directionby supporting in promoting the image culture and reputation of the school without any academic gaps.
Strengthens the teaching standards by promoting best classroom management programs/safety/care/control by identifying individual student strengths and weaknesses. Collaborating these issues with the PCs HOD Academic Team and Principal to create better learning outcomes in the classes.
A Teacher must be a person with excellent communication and candidates eager to learn the subject.
- Required orientation will be given to the freshers by recruiting them as trainees in different departments.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
