Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Master Level: 4-8 years of experience in advanced studies with a Postgraduate degree and . with a deep understanding of English language and literature.
Screening Process:
- Written Test: A subject-specific exam assessing proficiency in English.
- Proficiency Test: Tests for proficiency in MS Office.
- Reading Test: Conducted through Microsoft Teams.
- Teaching Demonstration: Candidates demonstrate teaching skills through a mock class session.

Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field. A Masters degree is often preferred.
2. Teaching certification or licensures appropriate for secondary education.
3. Proven experience teaching English language and literature at the secondary level.
4. Strong command of the English language including grammar vocabulary and literary analysis.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to create engaging and differentiated lessons plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
7. Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance instruction.
8. Patience empathy and a passion for working with adolescents.
9. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
10. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
11. Flexibility and willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
12. Compliance with all state and school district regulations and policies related to education and child safety.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
