Title of Position:Restaurant Manager
Job Description:The Restaurant Manager will work side by side with the Proprietor in managing the three management responsibilities: People Sales and Profits. The Restaurant Manager main focus will be developing our front-of-house staff but will still assist the Proprietor in recruiting training and developing all Team Members and will ensure they are treated with respect and will contribute to the decisions of hiring and terminating employees. The Restaurant Manager will help build sales through service and will follow through with sales growth plans both inside and outside the restaurant.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) Full Service concept
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring training and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant Manager must be proficient withfinancials(P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
