Job Description: Analyst PDS ( Intern )

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team. You will help drive innovation by exploring and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to digitize and streamline multiple business processes. This role will involve prototyping applications that improve operational efficiency and user experience using both traditional coding (Python SQL) and low code/no code platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research evaluate and propose AI-based solutions for process digitization within PDS.

• Develop and prototype small-scale apps or automation tools using Python SQL and low code/no code platforms (e.g. Power Apps Mendix AppSheet).

• Collaborate with PDS stakeholders to understand process pain points and convert them into technical requirements.

• Assist with data extraction cleaning and analysis to support automation and digital solutions.

• Document solutions prototypes and processes for ongoing knowledge sharing and future development.

• Participate in team meetings agile sprints and project discussions.

• Stay current with emerging trends in AI automation and digital transformation relevant to real estate and project management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting automation or basic app development.

• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and database management.

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in low code/no code app development platforms.

• Familiarity with AI concepts libraries (such as scikit-learn TensorFlow or similar) and practical applications.

• Ability to learn quickly adapt to new technologies and propose creative solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
