Job Overview
As a Sales Consultant you will:
- Call leads follow up on inquiries and book appointments via phone text and email
- Assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicles highlighting features and benefits
- Negotiate fair and transparent pricing
- Complete sales paperwork
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Set up test drives and answer customer questions
- Attend ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
Lots of successful sales consultants used to be bartenders servers pastors call center reps door-to-door salespeople restaurant managers trainers coaches and more! If you can work with people we can work with you!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in computer and internet applications
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Full-time 5-day work week with every Sunday off
- Fast-paced competitive environment
