Meet the team:

We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic results-oriented Director Global Human Resources Business Partner. This role is responsible for designing and executing global HR strategies that enable business success and drive organizational effectiveness. As a key member of the Global HRBP team you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) the Commercial organization and other critical business functions shaping and influencing enterprise-level decisions while ensuring talent strategiesalignwith global priorities and long-term business collaborate closely with Regional HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Expertise to deliver impactful talent initiatives that support business growth. This position reports to the Sr. Director Global HRBP Leader and is based in San Diego California (Dexcom Headquarters).

  • You will guide leaders through critical HR processes including succession planning performance management compensationplanning career development and performance management

  • You will leverage HR analytics to diagnose organizational health and drive measurable outcomes

  • You will create and deploy practical tools and frameworks that enable leaders to execute strategies successfully.

  • You will collaborate globally to ensure consistency while adapting solutions to local business dynamics and cultural nuances

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 15 years of industry experience

  • 9 years of successful management experience in relevant industry

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%
