Float to different clinic locations depending on need at our clinics in the western suburbs for short- and long-term assignments1-3 years of experience as an APP in Family Medicine requiredCall coverage and Saturday clinic hours may be required depending on locationEPIC EMRCompetitive PTO and CMEAnnual Salary: $115K - $125KQualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education/TrainingGraduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner programMasters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant StudiesCurrent Illinois license in good standingCertified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying authority Illinois Controlled Substance DEA certificationCurrent CPR certification
