At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required
CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate with a team

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming and mobility
Provide timely medication reminders
Prepare meals and support proper nutrition
Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction
Monitor document and report any changes in client health or condition
