Are you passionate about food exceptional service and quality Step into a unique and rewarding environment as a Food & Beverage Manager at Lavarack Barracks (Townsville). This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic fun team while receiving full training and ongoing support.

The Position:

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team across breakfast lunch and dinner service.
Champion a culture of teamwork accountability and passion for excellence.
Drive compliance with contractual obligations and service standards ensuring seamless daily operations.
Lead by example with a positive hands-on approach motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee rostering workforce planning and people management to support efficient and engaged teams.

The Person:

Demonstrated leadership and people management experience including rostering and budgeting.
Practical HACCP food handling expertise with a strong knowledge of allergen management in food service.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams supported by excellent communication skills.
Confidence and independence to make sound operational decisions with support from the Site Operations Manager.
Current drivers licence and reliable transport to access the site.
