Job Summary

The QA Tester will be responsible for validating new features testing bug fixes and ensuring system enhancements meet business and functional requirements prior to release. This role works closely with developers product owners and support teams to identify issues verify functionality and maintain high software quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving analyzing system behavior and ensuring software performs exactly as intended. The QA Tester will play a hands on role throughout the development lifecycle including sprint planning testing cycles and release validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Test new features bug fixes enhancements and system updates

Perform both QA testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Create and manage test datasets to validate system behavior

Document defects clearly and work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues

Validate that delivered work meets requirements and acceptance criteria

Participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives

Test workflows edge cases and integrations to ensure system stability

Contribute to improving QA processes documentation and testing standards

Qualifications:

13 years of QA or UAT testing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and unexpected behavior

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non technical teams

Strong problem solving skills and comfort analyzing complex scenarios

Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle

Ability to work in an Agile sprint based environment

Interest in QA methodologies and process improvement

Yiddish speaking preferred

Preferred Skills:

Experience with QA or UAT testing tools

Familiarity with Jira Bitbucket or similar tools

Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint workflows

Understanding of user acceptance criteria best practices
