Job Summary
LPN Unit Coordinator *Sign-on bonus plus shift differential
Rate: $28-$32/hr based on experience plus $3 shift diff
Shift: 3pm-11pm Full-Time Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit ensuring resident care meets high standards.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain a collaborative efficient work environment.
- Communicate with residents families and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations as well as infection control protocols.
Requirements:
- Current LPN license
- Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dedication to resident-centered care.
