Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Machine Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the inspection repair and preventive maintenance of heavy industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on heavy manufacturing equipment (e.g. CNC machines hydraulic presses conveyors forklifts).

Diagnose mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.

Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and document all service activities.

Replace or repair worn or defective parts such as bearings belts motors and valves.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiency.
