Job Summary
- Prepare Program and operate CNC machines attending to safety quality efficiency and delivery performance requirements
- Read and Interpret Mechanical Drawings and Production Documentation
- Preform manual and automatic
- Prepare and use manufacturing JIG
- Perform CNC programming
- Maintain repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
- Monitor machine performance and its working condition and request maintenance as needed and support to identify/solve the problem/error
- When required operate the crane according to safety practice
Qualifications :
- SHSM High school diploma; technical training or certification in machining is preferred.
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in using measuring tools specifically micrometers for accurate dimensional inspection.
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work collaborative with others
- Excellent attention to detail precision and quality craftsmanship
- Good communication and documentation skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
Additional Information :
Day Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:18 PM
Hourly rate: $22.60
