Handyperson

• General household maintenance activities including yard work painting minor plumbing and other projects
• Listen observe and communicate any concerns or changes in the clients physical emotional or environmental conditions to Spectrum management

Qualifications :

• Experience in household maintenance
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to interact with others in a caring tactful and courteous manner
• Ability to speak other languages an asset 
• G2/G License and access to a vehicle
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test (within 6 months) as a condition of employment
